Vom Bergwinkel bis ins Elsass
bo&ho Bergwinkelbrände verbinden regionale Brennkunst mit einer jahrzehntelangen Freundschaft: Früchte alter Streuobstwiesen zwischen Rhön, Spessart und Vogelsberg treffen auf die Destillierkunst von Jean-Claude Hoeffler im Elsass. In traditionellen Kupferkesseln entstehen Edelbrände, Gin und Whisky mit eigener Handschrift. Manche Obstbrände reifen anschließend über Jahre, teils in ehemaligen Rotwein-Barriques – Zeit, die man schmecken kann.
